INDAY is an everyday eatery rooted in the Indian philosophy of food as medicine. Our mission is to empower people to feel better every day by connecting ancient wisdom to modern wellbeing.
Our kitchens deliver seasonal, Indian-inspired dishes that are craveable and help you feel your best.
We design our spaces to reflect their neighborhood and offer a relaxing respite from the surrounding environment.
We put a particular emphasis on impeccable sourcing, using single origin spices and local and sustainable proteins. Our menu is 100% free of gluten, soy, and refined sugar, and nearly half of our menu is vegan.
INDAY is also committed to serving our community. We donate a portion of all sales through our direct channels to organizations doing critical work, including The Bowery Mission and Black Youth Project 100.
Food Karma is our full circle food philosophy inspired by the 5000 year old tradition of Ayurveda, emphasizing good food as the foundation of good health. Antonym: Food Coma. Food Karma reminds us that food is more than just what fills us up. It plays an important role in how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally, both short and long term. We are what we eat. But we also know that health and wellbeing is far from universal. Every body is different.
So we draw upon thousands of years of ancient wisdom to make delicious food that helps us thrive every day. Our kitchens deliver delicious, vibrant food using the Indian pantry, building flavors slowly with spices and impeccably sourced seasonal ingredients to give your body what it needs throughout the year. We make eating food that fuels you accessible, easy going, and craveable. A meal at INDAY will leave you feeling nourished, energized, and bright.
